This page covers the Farward waitlist on this site. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Whether you ticked "I'd like to playtest early builds".
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. Your address is only kept once you click the confirm link in the email we send you. Before that it exists only in that email and in our email provider's sending log.
Why
To write to you about Farward: news, and the chance to test early builds if you asked for it. We do not sell or share your address, and we do not use it for anything else.
Who handles it
Our email provider, Resend, sends the confirm email and stores the waitlist as a contact list on our behalf. It acts as our processor under its own privacy policy. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which sees ordinary request logs (IP address, time, page).
How long
Until you unsubscribe, or until the game has launched and we no longer have a reason to write. An unconfirmed sign-up never joins the list.
Unsubscribe and your data
Every email we send you after confirming has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to hello@playfarward.com to see, correct or delete what we hold. We will do it and reply to say so.
